Since forming an advisory and consultancy business in 2013, Sander has advised film studios, production companies, networks, streamers, game developers and publishers and other media companies on all aspects of programming and commercial strategy, business development, creative affairs, production and distribution. Clients include domestic and international enterprises in traditional and new media, producers, exhibitors and distributors, as well as licensors and licensees of ancillary rights to film, television and game content. In addition, Sander sits on management and advisory boards of several new media companies around the world.
Past President of numerous international content production companies, including Warner Bros Animation, FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment and Sony Pictures Family Entertainment Group, he has held leadership roles at studios such as Columbia-Tri Star Children’s Programming and TMS Entertainment, a subsidiary of the iconic Japanese animation production company, Tokyo Movie Shinsha. Sander is a highly respected consultant and advisor in the development, production and distribution of live-action and animated programming for traditional and new media. Clients include domestic and international producers, broadcasters and platforms in the US, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.


Within four years of founding FremantleMedia’s Kids and Family Entertainment division, oversaw development and production of 13 series for top-tier networks, making the company the most prolific independent producer of quality children’s programming in the world. During his tenure at Warner Bros., launched nine successful series within his first three years. As President of Columbia TriStar Television Children’s Programming, produced over a dozen new television series consisting of over 450 half-hours of syndicated and network programming.


Awards include multiple Emmy Award nominations from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and a Daytime Emmy for his role in producing “The Batman” series for Kids WB. Other prestigious awards for children’s television include the Humanitas, Peabody, KidScreen and Prism Awards.
